Are flat garage doors more expensive?
A little. Foam insulation and windows add to either one. You see the options side by side at the free quote visit.
Do flat doors dent?
A flat face shows a dent more than a raised panel does. A foam-filled door is stiffer and resists dents better than a single-layer door, so it is the better pick where cars and bikes come close.
Is a black door a good idea in full sun?
Black looks sharp on a modern home, and dark doors take in more heat. Some makers limit dark colors on doors in full sun, so we check the maker's rules for your door before you order.
Will it fit a garage with little room above the door?
Usually. Some tracks need as little as about 4½ inches above the opening. We measure at the quote visit and tell you which track your garage needs.
